Drumlochart Caravan Park
THE BOOKING OF A PITCH WILL BE TAKEN AS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS
1.
Electricity is rated at 16 amps and is included in the pitch fees, but
must be unplugged when the caravan is not occupied.
Water containers, steps, cables, etc should be stored away when your
caravan is not in use.
2.
All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable; in the
form of a reservation fee payable by 1st November, the balance by 1st March, or
in the case of a part season booking the balance is due on arrival.
3.
No caravan may be occupied solely by persons under the age of 21 without
prior permission by the park owners.
4.
Caravans sited on the Park at owners risk only. The Proprietors will
accept no liability whatsoever for the person or property of any person using
the Park, although all reasonable care will be taken. ALL CARAVANS MUST BE FULLY
INSURED - we are able to arrange this at competitive rates, if required.
5.
DOGS are only allowed on the understanding that they are kept on A LEAD
at ALL TIMES and exercised off the PARK, any accidents must be cleared away
immediately, Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool area, play park or any
amenity buildings.
6.
SUBLETTING OF CARAVANS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED other than caravans owned
by Drumlochart Caravan Park.
7.
When the owners are not using the caravan themselves occupation is
restricted to the owners relatives or friends only, if your guests are new to
the park would you ask them to make themselves known at the reception. Please
make sure you leave your guests full instructions on how to use appliances and
are aware of the park rules.
8.
The caravan owner will be responsible for the general tidiness of the
area immediately around his caravan. The area between his door and the next
caravan will be used for car parking etc, Generally only one per caravan,
additional parking is available next to the Lounge Bar. The use of clothes lines
is not permitted on the Park.
9.
There is a speed limit of 10mph that MUST BE STRICTLY OBSERVED at all
times, Learner drivers are NOT permitted to drive on any of the Park roads.
10.
Children and pets must be left in the care of a responsible ADULT when
parents are away from the Park.
11.
Noise at night and early morning must be kept to a minimum, Music must
only be played with due regard for the comfort of other residents.
12.
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS (preferably dry powder type) should be installed in
all caravans.
13.
Awnings are permitted but for no longer than 2 weeks at a time, tents and
other temporary structures are not allowed.
14.
The use of firearms, air guns, catapults, bow and arrows is STRICTLY
FORBIDDEN IN OR AROUND THE PARK.
15.
FOOTBALL, CRICKET and GOLF games are not allowed within the perimeter of
the Park.
16.
To maintain a tidy and natural appearance, and to facilitate grass
cutting - please do not dig gardens, place stones or other objects in lawned
areas.
THESE RULES
ARE DESIGNED FOR EVERYONE'S COMFORT AND SAFETY; PLEASE DISPLAY THEM SO THAT
ANYONE USING YOUR CARAVAN WILL BE AWARE OF THEM.
